The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® program further deepens and enhances your knowledge. You will be able to advance yourself to the next level of agile coaching, and grow skills that help grow your Scrum Team, organizations and yourself. This live, online Advanced Certified Scrum Master™ (A-CSM) programme is a highly interactive, in-depth course that builds on the foundational Scrum values, practices and applications you gained in your Certified ScrumMaster® course. Bridge the gap between being a powerful Scrum Master and Scrum Coach with the A-CSM.

Who is this Course suitable for?

​

The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster workshop requires previous Scrum knowledge and experience.

Participants should be passionate in advancing as a ScrumMaster and an Agile coach, and therefore be willing to challenge their own thinking and approaches within this course.

This is NOT a session for those who are new to Agile and Scrum.

All attendees must have the Certified ScrumMaster certification (CSM) and with practice prior to the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) workshop. If you don't currently have a CSM certification, please contact us for options prior to registartion.

We also offer a flexible A-CSM and CSP-SM package, which helps participants directly get on their Path to CSP. Please email us for package information.

Requirements

​

• Hold a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification with the Scrum Alliance. 

• Attend a certified A-CSM educational offering to gain techniques and skills that go beyond the basics and mechanics of Scrum, expanding into interaction, facilitation, coaching, and team dynamics.

• Successfully complete all educator-designed components of an approved educational offering. This may include pre- or post-course work as deemed necessary by your approved educator to complete the learning objectives.

• Accept the A-CSM License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile.

• Validate at least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (within the past five years).

Exam details

​

There are no exams for this course and on successful completion of the full programme you will be granted your Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification.

Online Course details

​

Two full day online live training with our trainer using Zoom as our online programs because zoom is the one with the best quality when participants have limited bandwidth.
